Make your order via whatsapp! Here we make our own sausages with my neighbor. We smoked them in the smoking room and sometimes in a small smoker.
Fresh pork meat is chopped by hand, absolutely no grinded, with peppers and salt before we smoke them without heat. This way it can be preserved twice longer.
After your purchase it is advised to hang them on a wall or a similar way, to keep them dry. Products has 1 or 2 day old when sold. If you like them freshly smoked, you may eat in just coupe of days or you may enjoy dried once whenever you want! Grilled or pan fried is the best way to enjoy to us.
